3. Bookings & Payments
3.1 Strategy Sessions
- Strategy Sessions are paid in advance
- Bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received
- Sessions are delivered online via Google Meet
3.2 Pricing
- Strategy Session: £250 (or as stated at time of booking)
- Ongoing services: Custom pricing agreed following the Strategy Session
3.3 Payment Terms
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe (or equivalent provider)
- For ongoing services, payment is required in advance each billing cycle
4. Refunds & Cancellations
Strategy Sessions
- All Strategy Session payments are non-refundable
- Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice
Missed Sessions
- Failure to attend without notice will result in the session being forfeited
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Attend sessions on time
- Engage with and implement strategies where appropriate
Results are influenced by the level and quality of implementation.
6. Results Disclaimer
Skywave Social does not guarantee:
- Specific revenue outcomes
- Number of enquiries or clients
- Follower growth or engagement metrics
We provide strategy, structure, and execution support. Outcomes vary based on application and external factors.
7. Ongoing Services (Monthly Retainers)
Where ongoing services are agreed:
- A minimum 3-month term is recommended to achieve meaningful results
- Services are billed monthly in advance
- Either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice
8. Intellectual Property
All strategies, frameworks, systems, and materials remain the intellectual property of Skywave Social unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients are granted a non-transferable licence to use materials for their own business only.
9. Confidentiality
All client information is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties, except where required by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skywave Social shall not be liable for:
- Business losses
- Loss of revenue, profits, or clients
- Indirect or consequential damages
